Refund policy
In-Store
Items bought in-store may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are in a saleable condition and accompanied by the original receipt. For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept returns of underwear, swimwear, earrings and such items. Altered items and sale items cannot be returned. Refunds are not available, your return will be processed as a store credit that can be used in-store.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Online
When wishing to return online or telephone orders, you need to notify us within 14 days of purchase, by downloading and filling out this RETURN FORM and send it back to us. Then, return your item(s) to us within 14 days of notification. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
If you need an exchange, send us an email at [contact@moukimou.com]. We will not always be able to exchange items due to stock availability but will always make our best efforts to do so.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product(s) to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
